Q&A with the SF TBG Running Club

Introducing….
The San Francisco Barbarian Group Running Club!
Here’s some pre-run shots we took before our 2nd group run together this evening.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
We’re sure to have a fan club soon, so let’s fire off some answers to your potential questions…
Q. How long do your run? Are you any good?
A. We average 4-7 miles, averaging roughly 8-9 minute miles. Ya, that’s right.
Q. What’s with the outfits?
A. What’s not with the outfits? Aerodynamics + bold colors = attention from cars, on-lookers, and our fans. Plus, we have nice legs.
Q. Is that coordinating foot attire?
A. Oh this? Ya, i think so.
Q.How did you get such nice legs?
A. We take high-intensity Jazzercise breaks during coding/UXing.
Perhaps we’ll show you one day via video conf.
Q. Who’s faster? You or a horse?
A. We’re not sure yet. Nice question, but it’s rare you see horses around here. We did race a seal from the Bay..AND WON.
xoxo

This is EXACTLY why I am going to be working in the SF office, in case you were curious. p.s. I totally call "DIBS!" on blue outfit.
I average 2-3 liters of weissebier per sitting. Averaging .5 liters per 20-30 minutes. But I think if I can push myself a little more I can consume it in gulps, squeezing 50% of my times with no ill effect. And as an industry pro, I recommend this regiment coupled with a burger topped with meat chili, guacamole, and red onion.

After that, youre pretty much indestructable. outfit optional.
I've done some highly technical research RE: high impact/high quantity consumption of many brands and styles of beers [including of course, heavy wheat beers]. The results vary, but one key factor does not: if you let your beer warm 5-14 degrees higher than the industry recommended serving temperature of 54-56 degrees, you can consume up to 17% faster, with fewer instances of belching to get in the way. Couple that with Ivan's gulping method, and that is nearly 67% pure beer consuming POWER.
Those numbers are very convincing, but don't you run slower if you're chugging?
Nicole, I have your outfit from the knees up.
Jayna, you have the same thighs as Nicole? That's crazy.
