Today’s Grill Friday was brought to us by science!

Doug and Kenji went to town whipping up a couple of Pickledogs for our general enjoyment. In the tradition of so many fine foods-within-foods before it, the Pickeldog is essentially a hotdog stuffed inside of a large deli pickle. It’s the sort of thing that, while perhaps offsetting at first, is actually quite tasty. Plus, projects like this tend to get an instant pass in my book.
