Facebook Gets Moderation Controls
Thanks to a tip-off from AOL’s Matthew Knell, I recently learned that Facebook Pages just got moderation tools. And not just the simple stuff: we’ve got an impressive array of rules and regulations, from age restrictions to a profanity blacklist. Take a look:

This is a huge deal for brands, who can now get a better hold on what’s being said on their Facebook Pages—without a human moderator refreshing constantly. Any needed additions? Any problems you see arising from this somewhat censoring application? All we know is, running Sarah Palin’s Facebook page is becoming a whole lot easier for whatever poor soul has that gig.
